Cuisine Philosophy

We use high-quality products of our own agricultural output:

  • beef
  • veal
  • lamb
  • daily fresh milk and eggs
  • venison (from local districts)
  • vegetables and herbs (during the summer from our garden)
  • blue trout and samlet (during the summer from our own fish pond)
